Notes
- With regards to Disclosure Requests Received from EU Member States, this data provided is according to the requirements of the DSA, Article 15, “Transparency reporting obligations for providers of intermediary services.”
- The information provided is for the total number of disclosure requests per country, broken down by type of reported content at issue.
- Explanation of Median Time Reporting:
- We report the median time in hours for two key stages: The initial response to the request, and the “Substantive Response.”
- The latter is significantly longer because we follow a thorough process to ensure all legal requirements are met before disclosing user information, which often involves back-and-forth communication with the reporting government.
- Consequently, these requests are only marked as complete once the entire process is finalized, which can substantially extend the median response time.
