Italy
- A police department in Italy requested detailed information about the author of a site exposing a medical professional for allegedly providing numerous false testimonies. No valid legal process was provided.
Germany
- A police department in Germany requested detailed information about the author of a site, stating they were investigating the “suspected distribution of images without the consent of the person concerned”. The site itself highlights various safety concerns relating to the alleged mismanagement of public services. No valid legal process was provided.
