- A police department in India requested detailed information for, and the deletion of a site that is critical of the management of a university, due to “uploading malicious/fake news photos/images of reputed college principal/chancellor and faculty”. No valid legal process was provided.
Brazil
- A police department in Brazil requested detailed information about the “person responsible for” a site that is critical of the privatization of state-owned companies. They provided no additional explanation, and no valid legal process.
France
- A police department in France requested detailed information about the person “who posted documents” on a site that is critical of the financial management of a local municipality. They provided no additional explanation, and no valid legal process.
